


As is well known, tourism is the key to economic development; motivated to continue reactivating this sector and contributing to society is that we set ourselves the task of creating the CIVIL ASSOCIATION called TURISMO FILANTRÓPICO, where our flag is equality, co-participating as brothers with each other, in order to help in the different sectors with high-impact programs, focused on the most vulnerable population in Latin America and/or any other region of the world that needs it.
With a high sense of social responsibility, efficiency and opportunity, the Association is committed to transparency, the dissemination of knowledge and help. Our approach to solving social lags consists of first identifying and finding solutions to later provide the necessary human resources to solve the problem.
Our mission is to develop programs in the fields of humanitarian aid, art and culture, animal care, sports, ecology and the environment, education, employment, ethics and values, gastronomy, gender , migration, peace, health, security, sustainability and human development all under the TOURISM scheme, contributing to improve the quality of life of the population of all ages, promoting the formation of human capital and generating opportunities that promote the integral development of people, as well as their communities.
We are a multifaceted group of experts in different areas, who are convinced that working together with other Associations, Foundations, Federations, as well as the Business and Government sectors, we will be able to more effectively address the problems that concern our society.

Successful businesswoman with a Master's degree in Tourism Business Administration from Valencia, Spain. Bachelor's degree in International Trade from the University of the Valley of Mexico. Certified in International Trade by Sir Sandord Fleming College in Ontario, Canada. Specialized in courses offered by UN Women on gender, equality, and policy. Member of the United Nations Environment Programme.

Secretary General of the World Association for Tourism Vocational Training (AMFORT) and Vice President of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
Ambassador of the Pan-American Confederation of Universities and Schools of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy, being the largest federation of Universities with Faculties of Tourism, where all the important ones from Mexico and the American Continent are.

Carlos Pastor Chan Santana
COUNCILLOR FOR ECOLOGY
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the Mesoamerican University of San Agustín, Yucatán, Mexico. He also completed postgraduate studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the School of Hospitality in Valencia, Spain, and holds a Master's degree in Global Sustainable Tourism Development from Aalborg University in Copenhagen, Denmark. He currently teaches Master's students in Tourism at Aalborg University.
She has led a student from the University of Brighton (UK) during study trips to Africa, whose main objective is to collaborate with local communities in Kartong, Gambia.

Roberto Carlos Iborra Bendicho
COUNCILLOR FOR GASTRONOMY
Born in Valencia, Spain, he studied Higher Technician in Restoration, Higher Technician in Accommodation and a Master in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Valencia.
In 2008 he moved to Mexico to create the Spanish Gastronomy Institute, where he is currently the General Director. He has links with universities in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru to conduct various training courses with Michelin-starred chefs and to establish connections with internationally renowned restaurants in Spain and France.

Ian Poot Franco
COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA COUNCIL
He is a writer, academic, and consultant specializing in tourism. As President of Tourism Experts, he has established himself as a critical yet proactive voice in the sector, fostering analysis, innovation, and debate among business leaders, academics, and decision-makers. He is the author of the book "Tourism for Non-Tourists," a university professor, and a lecturer, with experience in designing models, products, and strategies for sustainable, differentiated, and forward-thinking tourism development.

Dr. Carlos Peralta
PEACE COUNCILLOR
He is an internationally renowned writer and journalist, with works published in 18 languages and a leading role in journalism since 1976. He is also an inventor, holding 16 patents in electronics used in hospitals worldwide. He has been a key figure in international interfaith dialogue and peacebuilding initiatives, participating in the creation of organizations such as EAH and Il Trialogo di Roma, and serving as a peace ambassador between Palestinians and Israelis. He was president of the World Peace Organization, where he spearheaded the "All for a Culture of Peace" project, currently implemented in over 160 universities across 115 countries.

Maricarmen Huerta Bazo
COUNCILLOR FOR HOLISTICS
Our specialized Holistic Counselor holds an MC in Clinical Psychology from Italy and four master's degrees: a Master's in Couple and Sexuality Therapy from Spain, a Master's in Reconstructive Regressive Psychotherapy from Spain, and a Master's in Family Constellations.
Organizational by Bert Hellinger Science; as well as the Master's Degree in Astropsychology in Chile.
She also holds diplomas in biological decoding and psychogenealogy, both obtained in France.

Demetrus McCray
SPORTS COUNCILLOR
He is a former professional American football cornerback who played four seasons in the NFL. After a distinguished college career at Appalachian State, where he was twice selected to the All-Southern Conference team, he was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the seventh round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
Between 2013 and 2015, McCray played in 46 games for the Jaguars, starting 16 of them and recording 86 tackles. He later played for the Seattle Seahawks and the Oakland Raiders in 2017. Throughout his professional career, he accumulated 87 tackles and 6 pass deflections before retiring due to injury.

Yash Ranga
SUSTAINABILITY COUNCILLOR
He is a leading impact strategist and currently the Director of Strategy and Innovation at PYXERA Global. He is recognized for his expertise in social entrepreneurship, conscious capitalism, and the circular economy.
Previously, Ranga was Head of Sustainability at the Jaipur Rugs Foundation, where she helped scale a socioeconomic model that empowered over 40,000 artisans in rural India. Her work focuses on integrating marginalized communities into global value chains through the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
